I've been having the same issue also. Tried the step by step guide to no avail. Nothing is showing up on my downloads. Any help would be appreciated...

Replying here as well since I cannot use the "Email Us" link on the support site. It asks to login but my login does not work. Yes, I do have an EA account and yes, I've already successfully updated my password and can log into my EA account. I just can't email support.

this may be a part of the problem but by all means may not solve all...I found my firewall was not allowing http://www.sims3.com and was blocking access but when i added the address and made an allowance for them I was able to download riverview and the prius.... but not the other downloads (have no problem with the exchange except when it entails premium content i have yet been successful in downloading any tweaked versions will not download either they may show up but they wont load into the game) i am still having issues with the vintage car and the european car and have not been able to get them downloaDED AT ALL..scl... i have had the game 2 weeks plus and it is rather annoying to have to expend this much effort for a game! In this day and age with all that is going on it is nice to crawl into Simlitude for a little escape .... not another nightmare! Hope this helps someone out a little bit. I keep looking to see if anyone has figured out the definitive answer to the problem with downloads period! Refreshing thought!
