Made an exclusive lounge for Sunset Valley, well it can fit any 30x40 lot really.

Once the headquarters of the infamous Don Grelvano of Sunset Valley is now home to the most famous performers. This old theater was converted into the lounge of celebrities. Lets just hope that no one is still part of that mafia of so long ago...

This is a Community lot tagged as a Live Show Venue
Open: 10 am - 3 am
Performer Level: 6 or 7 to be able to perform on the stage; the proprietor usually turns up around 1 pm

On the groundfloor you can find a nectar seller and bubbleblowing room and a restaurant where you can buy food. On the first floor is a bookstore and also a sitting room and toilettes. Outside is a stage for all the performers out there a sitting area, snake charmer, pottery station, portrait painter station (or whatever you want to call it

) dive well and a relic seller.
I think for the soft furnishing I used only 3 patterns or so in different recolours
