It's easy if you have CAW. just set blank lot on the lake side, and build in normal way.
home basis? foundation? what are you call in build mode in English? The height from water to land is adjusted it
packed world can't set again these looking lots because of rooting.
Some awesome lot are ship shape house! ...I forgot where I found...
