I personally want a lot of space. and a lot of new rabbitholes. After all, it is cowboy style. I also want more grass. Not as much sand and dirt

I like the idea of open space I would also like to see greenery still in some places very excited for it!

Never mind. It actually does have grass. When I looked more closely at the pictures, it is just dryer grass.

I HATE open areas. There always needs to be a skyscraper/tree/house at all times by me, or else I will interpret the scene as ugly (to be honest, I don't think it is the openness, I think grass is just an ugly shade of green).

I know what you mean, I'm all for development, But this is a cowboy town. It needs to be able to fit Horses.

But I’ll try to reserve judgment until we get more shots. But I have to say part of me is screaming that I don’t want a Riverview 2.0 or another Twinbrook or whatever Ambitions town was called.

^^ Well this is fail on me cause I just read from a Guru that it is not a modified version of Riverview.

I want it to be open, but more flat land around the roads so that you can place new lots if you wish. That is the problem in Bridgeport; the roads are surrounded by hills and high terrain, so you really can't place new lots without getting rid of old buildings.
I also want better starter homes. In Sunset Valley, all the houses for a single or for a young couple are rusty and ugly. They are made from this horrible, horrible rotten-looking woodpanel, and the colours at the inside are... intresting... In Twinbrook, all the starter homes are at the swamp, and they too are rusty and rotten. Riverview has ok houses and Bridgeport... well, I don't like to play in Bridgeport.
I tried making nice and decent houses under 20.000§ and they turned up great! So it is possible.
As for new or returning families, I don't really care if there are no returning families.... I created all the people from Pleasantview, Desiderata Valley and Riverblossom hills and played with them untill I deleted them. Been there, done that

I want it to be free of werewolves.

I want plenty of space for the different types of community lots we have now and will have in the future.
