I think you can upload them from your launcher but you can also use a site that hosts pics like flikr or facebook. I'm using facebook. Then once you upload them, right click the pic and under properties copy the hyperlink. See all those buttons up top when you hit the reply button on the forums? Hit the Img button then paste the link. Then hit Img again. That's all!

It's the pose player from mod the sims but I'm not sure if we can directly link to the site. You can google search it it should come up.
