I kept looking on here for a world that had everything all in one (beach area, city area, country area, room for all of the different lots) and i couldn't find one until i found this! It's so amazing, it's exactly what i've been looking for. You should be so proud of yourself.. i would be
thank you so much, it's brilliant!

I love this world so much, last night i played for over 2 hours, unfortunately when i tried to save i got the unexpected error code 12, tried several ways but did not work

I believe error code 12 is due to a lack of memory. It's possible that you lack memory in order to run this world well. How much RAM do you have?

And thanks for the comments everyone!

It's now up on the exchange too, btw.

Hi
I actually 4gb RAM should not be a problem i play games that require alot more, and a couple of worlds even. none the less i think your world is fantastic, playing it was great runs really smooth, just the problem with saving

Awesome Job Pyronium! I have been waiting for this world for quite some time! So much detail has been put into Setra and you did an excellent job! I was just wondering what your computer specs are and what settings you play The Sims 3 on because your pictures of Setra look amazing! I'm trying to find a good balance between graphics and gameplay and I have a pretty good computer (GTX460 1GB, 4GB Ram, and a dual core processor ~2.7GHz). I also thought it might be a good place to mention that a video review/walkthrough of Setra by someone who is talented and enjoys making Sims 3 videos would be completely awesome! Again, props to you Pyro, it is players like you who keep The Sims 3 constantly growing and evolving.

I am not one to DL and install player made worlds, but this looks too good to not try out! TYSVM for this labor of love. Just the pics themselves are impressing me enough that I must see it for myself. WONDERFUL JOB!!

Any suggestion for a good and well priced graphics card?

Sorry, I'm not really up to date with the market.

Your launch trailer alone puts the majority of ea's expansion trailers to shame

I disagree, but thanks for the compliment

Geforce GTX 580
Intel Core2 Quad Processor Q6600 (Which holds everything back, especially with sims)
8GB RAM

I play everything on the highest settings

Thanks for the comments everyone!

Shhh, don't tell anyone!

This world is really beautiful, I'm going to get some more ram, and see if it plays smoother. I have 4 gigs which I mentioned earlier with an extra 2 gigs on my video card. It's starting to run smoother the longer I play it, but some of my custom content is definitely going to have to come out to run this world effectively..It's definitely worth it though...Beautiful and NO ROUTING PROBLEMS!!!! Good Job!!!

I'm glad to see the final version is done. You have outdone yourself with Setra, Pyro. It is a fantastic work of art! I can't wait to play it.

Gotta love Nraas Story Progression!

Downloading as we speak! No time to play tonight, I have to go to work in a little bit. It's going to be a long night, thinking about the new game I'm going to get to set up in the morning!

I had a little trouble dling your world.. finally had to go to the exchange and type in Setra..but it was worth it. What a terrific world.. Checked out all the households. Nice cast of families, this is going to be so fun. At the time of dling there was no space for me to select "recommend".. so I will keep checking. The exchange site of your world looked a little odd, but then sometimes the whole forum acts out. Just glad I was able to dl it and have a look. Was well worth the wait. Have a good day.
Edit: Yes was finally able to give a recc.
