By the way, I noticed that my Thundering Hooves Ranch actually fits most of the criteria that you mentioned in your request.

It has six horse stalls and a lavish outdoor entertaining area. Until yours gets made, you might use this one. It is in my Studio. There are TWO versions, you should be able to tell which is the later one by the dates. The later one is the one you want as it was made after Pets came out and has been upgraded with Pets items.

She's right, it is GORGEOUS! It's amazing how you turn out one amazing house after another. Each one is special in its own way, too, and that is really hard to do.

Im usually not a fan of 2 story houses but thats really a nice looking house sashraf. recced and downloaded

I like compact houses that you can play without having to move around to play them. If you can go from the basement to the attic and see the whole house,(every room) they seem easier to play.
