You are not a pain! It took me FOREVER to figure out linking with a picture on here ...because I couldn't find any instructions. I finally found some on another forum

You may need to remove the daisy path....I think your height is still too tall.

Yeah, it won't work because the counter won't change if its a singular picture.
But on the daisypath site you can make a smaller counter so if you did that you would probably be able to align them side by side
