Go to Origin and just click on their online help chat. They will help you get your code registered so the game appears here under "My Games". You will need to give them your code.

I did have one person today who couldn't help - I don't think she understood what I was asking for. So, I tried again a bit later and got a rep who knew what I was talking about right away.

My reg. code is not working on my sim page either, i tried several times, with no luck. problems with the DD code i guess.

Is there any new information on how to fix this issue?

Please get you stuff together and actually fix this issue. At this rate it'll take forever before this is fixed!.

It's been nearly a month and this is still an issue!

I had this issue and would like to update and let you guys know that the issue is fixed for me. I never contacted EA, but waited patiently for the problem to be resolved and it was. Thank you!

I tried to register my Diesel stuff pack the day after is came out, and got this problem. I just tried again tonight to register it, and I'm still getting the 'invalid serial code' message. =\

This hasn't been fixed yet. That is per EA/ORIGIN's help section. If someone has managed to register it is simply because they got lucky and it just happened work for them in that moment. SOME people have been able to register later but most are still waiting for them to fix this.

Which again reiterates that this should have been fixed as soon as the issue came up, or at least within the first couple weeks of the problem being reported. It is however now going on 2 months and they still haven't gotten their act together.

I had to contact Origin about another issue entirely today. Come to find out there is still no fix on the horizon.

I did manage to get someone nice on the chat who was able to put in the registration for me. I no longer have to worry about this issue, but for those of you waiting I would just suggest contacting them. Otherwise (according to the rep I chatted with) there might not be a fix for you anytime soon. They said several more months could pass before it is even addressed.

I have just received my game on disc but have the same problem, cant register it.

I've been unable to register my game through my account since the game was released. I've tried at various times and just tried again. It's pretty ridiculous this hasn't been fixed.

I cant register it either... had no probs with Supernatural and any other games register... and when I go to Origin to live chat or call some says no one available to live chat... how disappointing... sad part I always re order... my stuff...

Still cant register.

Just wonder are The Working HARD on it. Or HARDLY working.
