Best Buy, or as I call them Worst Buy, currently has it on sale for $7.99 (American) with Free Shipping.
I know it comes with cars, but does it come with outfits, hair styles and items for your home? I tried finding a list of what it offers, but can't seem to find one anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Is it on sell at the store or online? I'm looking on their website and I don't see that deal. For that price I would buy it.

It has a lot of neat cars with it, and a few hair do's, outfits and shoes. A few new lights and furniture. But if you want to get a stuff pack that has a lot of goodies with it and aren't interested in the cars part, I'd go with something else, IMO. I got it because it was under 10 bucks LOL.
I hear a lot of people like Out Door Living. What is best to do is research all the packs and see which one has the most in it that you will like. That way you get the most for your money.

Outdoor Living and Town Life are good, especially if you don't have a lot of expansion packs. They've got objects that originally came out in expansion packs only, so you get some of the extra gameplay without the big price tag. There are treehouses, hot tubs, laundry, etc. And both of them come with some nice new clothes and hairs.

I hate Fast Lane. I got it for free since they had 2 for 3 games so I merged to buy the stuff packs I didn't have. Ughh, I only like 1 car others are just ugly.

If you get get Fast Lane cheap, I think it's worth it. I use a bunch of the cars and some of the other stuff that comes with it.

I got it for the garage eco and the motorcycle. I found that I also like the convertible, the scooter and some of the clothes.
But for me it's still worth it for the deco alone - I love being able to clutter up my garages with tools and workbenches...

I find it ironic that I use the shoes more than the ones in Late Night. I bought it mainly for the motorcycle.
This made the whole SP worthwhile for me. I've always wanted a racing bike in The Sims.
