Bio: After the Awakening, Starry was left orphaned and heartbroken, her boyfriend, Davy, dead but was thankfully left with her loving younger brother Cotton. She puts sarcasm and guarded emotions as her walls and masks fear and other emotions with annoyance, grumpiness, or bitchiness. She loves Cotton completely is a bit overprotective of him. Starry

Tugging Cotton along, I finally saw it. The haven, The warehouse.
" Thank God", I muttered. I held a basket of belongings in one hand and was having trouble getting over a ridge before I saw it. My ankle was sprained and Cotton was possibly sick. I pulled him along gently as we reached, sulking into the shadows as we neared. I went in with him through the haphazardly open door and saw life. Finally. I gave a ghost of a smile to Cotton.

Mucky vision and a throbbing headache couldn't stop my smile as we entered it. I was safe and so was Starry. But I was seeing people moving around, talking, smiling, working. "Amazing" , I whispered. What do we have to do to live here? I hope its not much, I already love it here.

"How many is it now?" Nyria asked no one in particular, though the question was mostly directed towards anyone who might have been around long enough to know a head count.
Considering the devastation she had seen everywhere, the number of survivors they had now seemed greater than what she knew it to be. She herself hadn't expected this many.
She realized she was starting to forget her earlier intentions to not trust much. Maybe it was the kindness she had so far seen.
That, and with this being their only chance, she didn't want to see it fall to infighting. She'll keep cautious, but she was determined to do her part to help, and she was determined to not keep to herself.
"Hello," she faced the two newcomers.
