I have just been given Fast Lane Stuff for Christmas. The game installed fine and accepted the code in the box, but when I tried to register it on my account it said it was an invalid code?

How can I register this to my account?

This code was checked by myself and Eldumbo. There were no mistakes or mixing up 0 for O etc. All three of us can't be wrong.

This is also happening to me.

I got it for Christmas too, and I'm having the exact same trouble.

Same here, every other one worked, (we got the pack that was on sale at Amazon), and I even copied and pasted and it didn't work.

E A is working on my case in which I have the same problem, They are aware of the issue so the told me that my case would be escalated to higher up to see how to resolve my issue. I will let everyone know what I find out.

I do think it would be helpful. The more that contact them about the issue the more likely they will reslove the probem.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. Legendaryeagle25, if you get any more information would you please update us as to what they had to do?

I got Fast Lane as a digital download and the code wouldn't register for me either.

But everything else has registered with no problem. Fast Lane is the only 1 to give me problems.

I just got an email from EA saying that they registered the game to my Sims 3 profile but I have no way of checking as I can't access more than what is available on my page. By that, I mean, the My Games module on my profile page is already full of game icons so I can't tell if it's there or not. Is it possible to edit what games show up in the My Games module. Anyway, they told me they registered it for me so ... I don't know.
