Setra, my second world. I set out with the goal to create something entirely different than Neverglade, and hopefully better in every respect. I think I've reached that goal

Setra is designated as a city. This means there is different work times and no wildlife in the form of wild horses/deer/raccoons.

Spawners: All basegame ones + expansion spawners. No WA spawners, which I did on purpose to maintain their location exclusivity.

Most lots have standard sizes (30x30, 40x30, 60x60, etc), just like the EA neighborhoods. This should make for easy sharing and adjusting. Apart from the empty ones, all lots are built on and fully decorated. All original designs by me.









I've tried to perfect the world as much as possible, ironing out any bugs and glitches. Of course it's possible that I've missed something small, but I'm positive there's no major issues.

Setra is 'as is', meaning I will not be updating it further. If you want new EP features in the world you should be able to add them somewhere, even if it means you need to replace lots.













I, and I'm sure others too, would love to see how you're using the world and creating your own stories within Setra. For that reason, please share any pictures, videos and stories you have.

Pyronium, its beautiful!!! Every community lot is made with care. I love all the colors you used. I also loved that you let it stay a city, no wild horses with the high rises Great job.

Yep! Final version.

I might include future expansion packs, but that's something for later.

I haven't started actually playing yet, but I have been peeking around the world. My favorite part is the colorful colonial-style area with buildings that bear a striking resemblance to some of the buildings in Tropico 3. (I LOVE Tropico, I've played that game every now and then since the first one.)

The downtown area is also one of my favorites.

Yes, install now Setra. Shows that it is a bit different. And even more beautiful. Already have put your family. I think that is not worth the toil of updating each addon. Everyone can be to make a concert hall or anything else. Only could have left more empty lots more. Do you have any plans for a new city, or now simply rests and play the same way?
