Is there any way to find the serial number i need, my laptop died, i now have a new laptop but cannot install my Sims3 loft stuff, i have the box and the CD, but cannot find the booklet anywhere

You could contact customer support - if you have it registered on your account here.
Maybe they can either give you access to a digital download, or trace the serial number for you.

This is why I always use a CD-marker to write the serial numbers on my disks...

Thank you! This exact thing happened to me - I'm going to try and phone them and see what they say, I do have my game registered on here! Hopefully they can help.

I am having the same problem, thought I lost high end loft game and found it this evening but cannot find case anywhere!! And I apparently didn't register it, there has to be something else I can do, I didn't pay for it for me not to be able to play it!! Any ideas about where to go from here?

yea i have the same problem.... i installed sims 3 generations, but my computer was shut down cause my mouse froze lol but when i turned it back on, generations wasnt installed... and i just noticed that it wasnt installed lol but now im tring to reinstall and i cant find that book thingy......... >.<

The same thing happened when I moved So I found this site and I was able to get all my EPs & SPs re-installed. I left the link below. Hope it can help you as well It will also save you the trouble of calling EA, who is no help at all when it comes to booklet issues
