Were the new foods added with the update? Please read!

So I made a new game for the update. I went to choose my Sim's favortite food, and this is what showed up:

Is this an accident, or did EA fail at giving us a complete patch note list?

Those look like the new recipes that comes with ST.

Those were supposed to Showtime additions (at least the Banana Sandwich anyway), but they probably slipped through.

Yes the new foods are in there. Your sims can also buy tofu at the grocery store. Whether its intentional or not I dunno.

I just remembered something. Peanutbutter and banana sandwiches were elvis' favorite food.
(I love triva, lol)

the books are there the tofu is there.
the books are readable.
i have yet to try and make them. brb i will go try.

Can we actually make the food yet?

Just checked on my sim with cooking skill lvl 8, no new foods on the list...
(unless I have to go buy them as recipe books or something) ?

patch isnt there for me ; u ; i wanna use the stuff that came with it

They are added.

How about the banana? i know that the pets patch added the carrot.

n00biityo- the book is there and after i read the book it showed up as an option for lunch time.

so i am going to say yes.

umm, It show up for me.

No new recipe books in the bookstore for me...

I dident have the books either, but then I found out it was caused by me using Cooking And Ingredients Overhaul from modthesims. Since it aint updated yet, it conflicted with the new recipes.

Removed it and now all is fine.
