I bought the katy perry version of showtime, but i didnt realise you had to use codes to get the extra items. Its the digital version(bought off origin) Where are the redeem codes? Thank you!!!

The codes should be in the order confirmation email you got when you ordered the dd of Showtime.

Make sure you are looking at the order confirmation email that came from EA and not the ship/delivery email you got from order-origin.

The only other place I know that your codes be in your origin order history. You get there through settings in your Origin Beta Client (how to - http://help.ea.com/article/viewing-your-purchase-history) and see if its listed there.

There appears to be an outage using the Origin Beta (again) so you may want to follow these instructions to get your purchase history: http://help.ea.com/article/origin-purchase-history-link. I went there and clicked the link to the order number for my showtime and it had the code for the items there

Actually no, the redeem codes for the bonus contents are not redeemable in origin.

Once you get your codes you should go to the sites to redeem:

thesims3.com/incentives/ShowtimeRedeem
thesims3.com/incentives/CollectorsRedeem
thesims3.com/incentives/ShowtimeOrigin

after you have redeemed your items, you can go to the thesims3.com purchase history, under the store -> myaccount
