Jimmysnan has a thread in Gen Disc where she's collecting people's customer support stories/chat logs. She's been in contact with one of the people in charge of CS and he's said he's taking these complaints seriously and will be doing some employee retraining. You might want to post your complaint there since it's so shockingly awful.

Simguru Tatertot will we be seeing anymore previews for March Sets? I know about the new future shock one but I'm talking other sets or premium content.

I can't get it to download been trying since yesterday.. It just says there was an error downloading content.. So I got another item to see if it would download and it did, but the Lunar Lakes still won't..

Do you have the latest patch 1.29? If you don't you won't be able to download and get that message. You need that patch to download anything from the store now.

Hmm yeah, my launcher won't let me download the new patch, so I'm doing it manually.. fingers crossed!

Once you get the patch to download manuelly you will be able do download Lunar Lakes.

Does anyone have already been back to stolen credit points? Already a week has elapsed since I wrote for technical assistance. I do not even answer that my letter arrived.

I guess my day will include a call to customer service. I first contacted them before I saw in this thread that other people were also upset. I didn't buy LL the minute it was listed, it was several hours later and I paid the 2450. I've tried writing to them and, as usual, they are clueless and write as if they didn't even read what I wrote.

I'm also upset that the scrolling list of included items isn't really included. To me that is false advertising.

Have you guys tried he live chat cs option? I did mine after the discount already showed and was still charged the 2450, but I got on with live chat and they immediately gave it back to me no problem and gave me a 15% off code for my trouble.

This is my new house for Lunar Lakes! No cc just store stuff, stuff packs, and every expansion. Great 2 bedroom , Plus a nursery! Crystal tree on the lot already. Serious futuristic look all around. If you don't have the store stuff, don't sweat it. The game will replace the would be store stuff with stuff you have in game already. So Please download and recommend!

No luck with live chat, or even telephone support here.
I do feel a bit cheated, but at the same time I'm lucky it was 250 points and not 2500.. as its likely the support would be the same

There's already a hot tub for the FutureShock set, but it is one of those "bundle exclusive" items.

Also, what did the Rejuvenation Chamber do in TS1 and TS2? If it just restored motives, I can see that being used. If it did something that isn't already part of the base game code, then we may have a problem.

They were different items you could download one was a shower- when your sim used that shower all of their motives would get maxed. There was also a kitty litter thing that did the same for your sims pets (ie your pet would get in, use the item and their motives would be maxed). Another item that was made into a rejuvenation chamber was those massage chairs (Sims 1 I think).

Hey, I was kinda right! The premium content item 'the not so routine machine' seems to do this with hygiene, bladder, and hunger motives. Has anyone bought it and tried it out yet?

Yea it plopped my sim on the toilet but it won't work for energy unfortuanly.

SimGuruTaterTot I was just wondering if there's going to be a new set in the sims store today or do wee have to wait till April althouight you said that the Seeing Stars set wasn't part of the march sets and that we would still gett hower 2nd set on the 3rd or 4th thursday of march.
