It was supposed to be date night, but Ares had called Callia earlier and said that something came up, and he couldn’t make it. Because a reservation was already set for her favorite restaurant, Callia decided to go anyways and eat alone. Walking into the room, she saw Ares with another girl.
Flustered, Ares tried to explain to her what was going on. “Callia, it’s not what it looks like- she’s my cousin!”
But Callia didn’t hear- she stormed out of the restaurant, heartbroken and humiliated.
