Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank): A CC-Free person would be preferable

Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): Luxury suburban, if that makes sense?

Which EPs and SPs do you have?: I have Ambitions, Latenight, Generations, Pets, and Showtime. I also have Master Suite and High-End Loft.

If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)?: Katy Perry

Lot size: Um I don't know. Either 20x20, or 40x40

Number of bedrooms: Three

Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)?: One bedroom is for a YA (soon to be adult) couple, one is for a teenage boy, and the other is for twin child girls.

Number of bathrooms: 3 and a half. One for each of the bedrooms and a small one for the household to kinda share

Favorite color schemes: I like neutral color schemes, with bright colors here and there.

Colors you dislike: N/A

Do you want it furnished?: Yes, please

Do you want it decorated?: Yes, please

Can store content be used?: Yup, list of all my build/buystore content at the bottom of this post

Can 3rd party CC be used?: No

Can CAP patterns be used?: No

Link to specific house or plan (if none, leave blank): N/A

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)?: Landscaping would be nice, but not too much as my computer dosn't have very good specs, and it's in Bridgeport. Hot tub, laundryroom, maybe a pool, a bit of backyard room to play tag, football, etc. A small playground with a swing, the playground house thing, and a sandbox. A tree house, a laundry room, three car garage (a car for both parents, and the teen boy). I would also like accomadations for a german shepard dog.

Additional instructions?: It will probably be placed in the suburban area of Bridgeport, or in the place of that one suburban house/apartment thing in the middle of Bridgeport. The family will be moving to Hidden Springs in a generation or two, so if you don't want to build in Bridgeport they can move to HS early.

Thanks so much!

Hi, Emily485!
Thank you for already sending me a friend-request.

My questions about your request - this is the first one I try to fulfill, sorry for the lots of questions

1. Type: Can you please tell me more, what type of house you mean as 'luxury suburban', or put some links to houses of the preferred style. I have some (different) ideas, but I would like to build something you'd prefer. I'd like to build in Hidden Springs if it's fine for you - so which area you plan to use there?

2. Lot size: I'll try the 20x20 first, and if it would be too small, I'll move it to a larger lot. 40x40 is the only size, or I could try any other size between these regarding the available lot-sizes in the HS-area you'd like to use?

3. Decoration: you wrote, that your computer's specifics are a bit low, so how much would like the house decorated? I tend to use many deco-items, on a larger lot it can cause lag too, but it's your experience, so tell me please.

4. Playground: Do you mean the playground house, which came with the base game, and the tree house is the generation item - so you'd like both?

5. How much space you wish for the german shepard dog, and where? (in- or outside)

6. You'd like a 3-car garage - all cars need to store in the garage, or I can add an outside parking-space for any of them?

I think, that's all for now.
Thank you!

1. This is kinda what I mean by Luxury Suburban: http://www.monsterhouseplans.com/bungalow-style-house-plans-296
8-square-footage-home-2-story-5-bedroom-and-3-bath-2-garage-st
alls-by-monster-house-plans-plan1-334.html

Please don't follow it exactly, I just like the general style. For town, it's just choice between Hidden Springs or Starlight Shores, because I fell in love with Starlight Shores the minute I saw it. But again, your choice between Starlight Shores or Hidden Springs, or you could build in Bridgeport if you prefer.

2. I was saying 20 x 20 because that was the house size in the Bridgeport suburban district, but you can choose a lot in the town you build it in, just please tell me what lot it's in.

3. Um, not EXTREMELY decorated, probably as much as an EA-made home. I have no idea how my game runs TS3, I have 2.7gb RAM. It runs all the mentioned expansions, stuff packs, store stuff etc with only a little lag. I must have an amazing video card or something, lol.

4. I would like both the treehouse and the generations playground house. I don't really like the basegame playground house, it dosn't seem that sturdy.

5. In and outside, just all the regular stuff: bed, toys, food dish, doghouse. Please use the free iams stuff, I really like it. My only other request regarding the dog is that you put at least two spaces between the coffee table (if there is one) and the couch in the living room so he can jump up on the couch.

6. One or two of the cars can be parked on the driveway. If theres only room for two cars, thats fine. I can just keep on of the cars in the sim's inventory.

I hope I answered your questions properly

EDIT: I have a few things to add to my request.

1. If you would like to/if theres enough room, you could also add a room for each of the girls, or a playroom.

2. If theres room, a small garden would be nice.

Hey Em, just to give you a heads up, Imoger's in a completely different time zone, pretty much the opposite schedule of anyone in the US so I promise you it's not that she's ignoring/missing your posts.

Hi, Emily! Thank you for the answers on my questions! I'll start the work on your house soon.

Please, bookmark this thread, if I'll have more questions, I'll put them here

I'm from central Europe, the time-zone is GMT+1 here.

Thank you, Elle for the info for Emily, I'm afraid I was too tired to stay up late in last days.

Sorry about the assumption, I should've put anyone in the various North American timezones to be more inclusive. I'm in California, and it seems we actually share a timezone Emily. ^_^

No problem darling, I hope I didn't overstep or anything I just didn't want her to worry or be too anxious.

Hi, Emily!
I'm building your house, and the progress seems more quick than I thought, because today I had more free time to build and this time I start the design with the architecture, not the interior as usually... LOL
Although the result looks pretty - at least I like it - maybe it's not the exact style you linked earlier.

I'm building it in Hidden Springs, but because you wrote that you like Starlight Shores too, I thought that I try to make it to fit there too at least with the warmer colours and more windows. (I think of the mediterranean/hollywood-styled buildings in SH.)
But after editing here and there, then here and there ... I got an absolutely different style for the building.

So, I'd like to be sure, that you should like this house, or do I need to work on another one.

Thank you!
