I've noticed some job bugs. For example sims who have the same job but one of them will take significantly longer doing the job.
I had 2 firefighters in the same house go to work at the same time. They should finish at 5 am.
At 8 am, 3 hours after the job finished, I noticed one of them was still at work. He was still showing as having over 40 minutes left to work when I clicked his job activity.

The day before I noticed only 2 of the 3 scientists got home on time, one was also several hours later getting home.
