I think the Simmers that love murdering their sims are being neglected.And Disease would be a great way to give those evil simmers what they want.

Food Poisoning_ Fatal:No Contagious:No Cure:Rest,And goes away after a bit (You get it from eating bad food.)10% chance of getting.
Flu_ Fatal:Yes Contagious:Yes Cure:Rest,Will go away (You get it from stepping on coachroaches.)5% chance of getting.

Mad Lama Disease Fatal:Yes Contagious:No Cure:Go to Hospital and pay 3000 simoleans. (You get it from testing dangerous Medical experiment.(7 medical career and higher.)1% chance of getting.

Feel free to add ideas.

I think disease would be a great edition to this game. It would give the hospital a new reason to be there, and maybe could give doctors something extra to do!

I think soemthing silly might be fun. But I do play to get away from disease. So nothing serious. Or scary. I have enough nightmares.

what about people who dont like killing off their sims.

i would like cures it just makes me think of uncurable disease that im not gonna say to avoid flame wars starting

I sort of miss diseases, but it was always that sort of thing that annoyed the hell out of me.

Well all diseases have cures.Maybe if you have the flu or mad llama (Fail spelling on original post)disease then you could call your boss and say your too sick to go to work.
Having a good relationship with your boss isn't just for your career now .
Also The hospital can just cure these for you with a fee.
Of course this doesn't always work but it should have a 95 percent chance of working.

Lol Mad Llama Disease was priceless. Make it you could go to the hospital and get treated and im sold.

Also you don't die instantly from disease.You have like 13 sim days to get it cured.
Also Remember that you can call in sick to your boss.Depending on your relationship he may give you a day off.
The flu you can easily cure in 3 days if you rest alot.
Mad Llama disease is very rare.And only Mad Scientists or World Renown Surgeons (I havent played in a while) can get it.Of course this can lead to spread.But only if your sim is on the same couch or something.
A Lifetime wish could maybe let you cure diseases.
You get moodlets and your sim has a vomit green plumbob above their head if you get a disease.

I'd love silly diseases in the game. You could go to the hospital to be cured or discover the cure at the potion table or in the magic cauldron.

I rarely kill my Sims off.....unless they are really annoying me.....and I'm not an evil Simmer.......but I do agree. We need illness back in the game.

Any Ideas for diseases or anything its great to see how many people want disease.Also I don't kill my sims alot either.But the lack of deaths compared to the sims 2 is kinda Scary(Possible hint for another death post by me )
