Can I just say I love playing the Sims 3, but EA is seriously making me mad with some of the choices they have made. This new Stuff pack coming out has got to be on of the dumbest ideas ever and a total waste of time that could have been used to develop a stuff pack we actually want!! Does EA seriously no longer care about their customers that they have resulted to releasing senseless crap that we could really care less about?! Get with the program EA and give us what we want!!

I totally agree with you! Its not the fact that the pack has been released, its the fact that EA have released something that no, or not many, players wanted. I feel disappointed in EA for releasing it, and so do many other loyal players, because we've been dedicated to EA and then they release something that we are not interested in!

I agree its a silly idea. I like some realism in the game. For one I would like some industrial themes: perhaps coal mining, a power station or even a railway infrastructure.

I like stuff packs that add something to the game. Why would they release a stuff pack full of junk that nobody is interested in?

Lol! I have to disagree with you. EA has made me giggle with the new stuff pack.

I think it looks fun, I think it's out of the box interesting.

I want it... I'm sure there are more here that want it too. So-

Yes its dumb katy perry trash just like showtime which i also didnt buy,EA has wrecked the sims 3 along with other games they are taking over such as mass effect 3,they are just rushing out half baked games with no care put into them in their desperation to make quick money, they dont care about fans, ive bought every sims 1 and 2 game ever released including all stuff packs for both but the sims 3 is just going down the toilet, the last one i bought was master suite stuff and then i quit buying any more sims since i heard about showtime,i find myself only sticking to this game anymore for some occasional building,im also just waiting for something decent to appear in the online store so i can finish spending some simpoints i have left over but thats it,then im done with sims 3,i prefer playing sims 2.

I'm kinda curious how the upcoming "Producer Chat and Q&A" is gonna go...

Seems like it could get pretty brutal!

I agree that this stuff pack was a dumb idea. What's the point of polls and stuff, asking us what we want, if they're not going to listen?

EA dont have to listen, there making alot of money from katy perry fans so why would they? I will be buying it, the outfits will be amazing to go with the Showtime singer career, plus if you dont like it.. dont buy it. common sense

I was looking forward to simmers' in-game pics and a price cut so I could justify buying it because it just didn't seem like something I could use in my own game on a regular basis. Then I asked my daughter what she thought and showed her pics in a forum thread. She loved it, thought it was really cute and said she would definitely use it. I think in some cases it's an age or "young at heart" thing

Simchic

The poll was for the next stuff pack after this one. This was already planned as being sp 6. Sp 7 will most likely be a teen stuff pack sense it won the poll.
