New Message?

When I open the game launcher there is always a number by the envelope to say I have a message. Sometimes it says I have 1 new message and the other day it said I had 7! When I log in, there is no message there.

Does anyone else have this?

I just ignore it.

I have had that problem too, its a bug. Not much to do about it. Just ignore it if you can, or hold your hand up in front of the screen before you see it

Have you tried changing the site language to English - United States. That is the only way I am able to see messages.

I have to do that too, i think its about time they sorted out the english version

go to the bottom of this page and 'select a language'

Mine sometimes does the same it says I have a message when I don't. It's probably a bug like a previous poster said.

Sorry I know it can be annoying too. I just ignore mine and wait until I log into the site to check mail.
