I bought this pack last Fall, installed and everything was fine. I had to reformat my computer last month and when I went to reinstall this disk it's only being recognized as an Audio CD. I don't have the receipt anymore and haven't had a chance to go back to Best Buy and see if they would replace the disk. Is there anything else I could try?!
