Hi! I've been playing The Sims for awhile now and have all but one of the expansions. I understand what ea is trying to do here with katy perry, but its to much kp! I mean, its obvious simmers don't really care if celebrities endorse the game and don't like the stuff that comes with kp's endorsement. People keep complaining but ea keeps on rolling out the kp stuff!I mean showtime, the stuff pack, and now the mystery pack thing? Its like a katy perry overdose. I love Katy perry but would never buy any of this stuff! ( I am a teen and I think thats who ea was trying to target with this stuff, but it is not working)Now, I know there are some people out there that LOVE this stuff but the majority of the Sims community don't care for the stuff. In conclusion, I love Katy Perry's music, but there is wayyyyy to much of her in the Sims and people don't really care for it.

one was a collectior edition it doesn't count so no there isn't wayyyyy to much of her

^ Have to say, I agree with this.
I don't mind her music, and she seems like an okay person.
And I know they want to attract new audiences and all, but I can't see many KP fans buying sims just so they can have outfits...

I agree.. I do not really hate Katy Perry... but I don't really like her exactly either.. She is just kind of Meh.. Could live with or without.. but this here on the sims is kind of an overdose.. its making me dislike her a bit.. even though it might not have so much to do with her as it does her agency.

Yes, I totaly agree. They probably thought this would boost their (sims 3) and KP's fanbase and revenue, but in reality, their plan backfired. It swung around and bit them in the *a`hem*. However you want to say it. Now those of us who were indiffrent to KP or those who never even heard of her before this, now have a totaly bad representation of her. She ruined herself at least with 80% of the people who play sims.
