Hi First off Im new, so sorry if this is the wrong section.

Ok, On the Sims 3 main website, I cant access most of my profile, I can't view my messages, Gifts, my blog and other pages, as everytime I go on them this pops up:



I did try contacting EA, But no response, does anyone have the same problem, and does anyone know how it can be fixed.

Try these solutions.

- Try logging out of your account and then back in and then click the My Page to see if the notice still appears.

- Refresh the page (either press F5 or right click on the tab that currently views the page that you are on and select 'Reload Tab')

- Or click off the Internet. Then reload an Internet page. Type in your search browser's search box - The Sims 3 official website. The link to this website is http://thesims3.com/. Search for that link in the search results and then log back in into your account if you have logged off. If not click on your My Page to see if it still keeps coming up.

- Or you could try asking a Moderator for help but they may take time to reply to you as most of the Mod's and Guru's are sometimes offline.

Ok, I pretty much tried all that, but I've tried it on 2 computers on two different browsers, a mobile phone and my 3DS, more than a dozen times same thing happens on each one, the pages that work are:
My Page
My Badges
My Goodies
My Favourites,

Pages that DONT work an the page pops up are:
My Studio
My Messages
My Blog
Treasure Hunt
My Gifts

When I load the sims 3 launcher, I says I have 11 messages & 1 gift, but cant access these as when I click on it and the pages load, this annoying confusing stupid sign pops up???? And when Im on the website, it says I have 0 messages & 0 Gifts??? It must be my account, I'll ask a moderator, ok... where do I find one (like I said, I'm a noob! lol)

has nothing to do with the browser, its something to do with our account. I saw you mentioned this in the mypage thread aswell under general discussion forum. There are more of us reporting same issue there, all u say here is similar to what we report, so its a related problem for many of us.

i cant access the link features u mention above either nor am my profile avatar showing when this conflict is 'active'. After last maintenance everthing was working again for like 5 days. Now swoosh account bugged again. VEry frustrating as i for one am very active in contests and uploading. worst part is not accessing msg and gifts. got no idea for how long a solution would take but as SimGuruRusskii said:
