My ghost hunting Sim fell in love and made a female ghost sim his girlfriend, the only problem is she was the job and he needed to get rid of her.
I used the cheat to add her to the family and at first I was really excited, but when I tried to make her go home with my sim she would always randomly stop and return to the house she was haunting, then she eventually disappeared.

The problem now is it says my sim is still in a relationship with her and now whenever he tries to date other sims he is called a cheater.

Since you're already cheating, just adjust the relationship marker on her to nothing, then break up. That should alleviate any issues.

I would do that but the problem is she doesn't appear in his relationship area. (its kinda confusing) I even tried doing the reset sim cheat on her but nothing happens.

Also I just found out that it won't let me edit the town because my game thinks she is still dieing

Anyway just for future advise to simmers. Do not date the ghosts that appear in the Ghost hunting profession. Learn from my mistake

Hmm I think the "Clean Slate" Happiness Award would sort of help if your sim still has a "cheating" reputation.

Have you tried to use his ghost weapon and suck her in?

Simsister2004- The ghost disappeared from the game, she returned to the house she was haunting and a message appeared that she died, then her face icon disappeared.
