After my sim and her husband both received omni plants in the mail, she cannot check the mailbox. When she tried to check the mailbox she takes out a present and then she just pops up behind the mailbox.
I've used other saved games from before and they can check their mailbox and everything is perfectly fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Can you help me think of some possible solutions?
