New patch, all work deleted??

I downloaded the most recent patch and it seems like the game is starting from scratch....did all my previous work deleted? can someone please help me fix this?? thanks!

What exactly is your problem - I'm not sure what you mean by 'starting from scratch'.

Are your save games gone? Is your store content gone? If your store content is gone and you were playing in a store world (RV, HS, BB or LL) or a third-party world, then your save games will be deleted.
