ok so I decided to buy a couple things with simpoints from the sim store. I have nothing from the exchange and no other custom content and I downloaded a couple items from the sim store. I opened them up with the launcher downloaded and then installed them and it shows up in installed contents tab BUT it is not showing up in my game (the box run without custom content is NOT checked). ALSO I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times I also tried deleting the files in the DCCACHE folder and reinstalled but still nothing

I am running the game on a mac. Not sure if this has something to do with it or not.

I am having problems too ..getting my sim points to count..downloaded so so..shows up in game..but it shows it that I still have to buy it...is that correct???
