Hey All!
So I'm a member of the Sim-Apocalypse Request group but as we have had no new requests I've decided to go solo! I am looking for talented Sims/Pets/Interior Designers and Landscapers to join!

If you want to sign up as a builder, add me as a friend and show me your talent!!

Builders Rules!!!

*You may not take any requests until you are active (you are active when your picture and bio are on the creators page!)
*Builders must post "CLAIMED" in red text on a request they wish to claim, they may begin work as soon as they wish.
*You may take more than one request at a time but this is not advised.
*You must be able to communicate with your requester at all times in case of game problems, etc
*W.I.P. pictures must be made smaller (type "height=450""width=600" after the url and before [/img])
*You may cancel a claim if the build is too difficult or you are unable to complete for any reason.

*NO RE-UPLOADING UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME WITH A REASON!!
*Don't quote images, or if you do, make them smaller
*We are only human, requests may take up to a week!

"I first began playing Sims just after House Party came out, so a bit more than a year after the original game was released. Almost immediately, I took to building and decorating houses more than anything else, with my skills in both areas improving when Sims 2 was released several years later. I continue to build and design, however, and still enjoy it at least as much as I did in TS1&2. "I am franklear1980 but everyone calls me Frank. I do rustics and farms as well as plantations. This home is my most recent and one of my best works. I called it Savannah. It takes me about a week at worst to complete a lot, but I work heavy with terrain and I want to make sure it is right when I upload it. I also do community lots with a rustic or country feel. I have all expansions plus a ton of store items. I am also CC free and I am always open to new ideas and always willing to learn.

Annnnnd cue the copy and pasting...
So since I'm gonna be gone from my simming laptop for awhile, I was perusing through some house blueprints/houses that I would like to see my sims live in

And I know that I could never duplicate this house myself so I would LOVE to have one of you on here build it for me, especially since all the houses I see here are very lovely.
Anywho, without further ado, here it is!
