That was hilarious. BTW, I don't think she was making fun of her. She was mouthing "I love her! I'm obsessed with her! Oh my god, she is so fine!".

That appeared to me to be staged, like she was supposed to be acting. Sorry, but I'm not going to say Katy Perry is a bad role model based on that one (obviously scripted) video.

Well that's why I was confused because I couldn't see anything that katy did wrong here. She and Cheryl Cole seem to get along just fine and it was obviously done in good fun.

As a proclaimed KatyCAT myself, I can tell you that she says:

"I love her, I'm obsessed with her, shes so fine!"

That was Cheryl Cole a judge from The X Factor and that was when Katy was a guest judge, they always have silly stuff like that on the show to kill time.

I'm amazed any of you outside England know who she (Cheryl Cole) is. We've been trying to get rid of her for years and sadly it just isn't working given you Americans cottoned onto the fact that she has no actual talent.
