New Base Game

So, I had been having an error code, and I finally decided that it wouldn't go away and I unstalled everything. My question is, How will this effect everything? Like my store content? Will I have to register this game and somehow unregister the other base game that I am not using anymore? Any help would be VERY appreciated.

hi , well if you un-installed the base game, it would of wiped out all of the folders in the sims 3 folder under "my documents" which is where all your shop bought stuff would be. You could try looking in the recycling bin to see if a "Downloads" folder is in there.
