Honestly, I think this is my absolute favourite topic!

Request Form (Residential Lot)

Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank): ZooProfessor3 (only because you prefer imagination and Victorian houses. I don't mind who builds for me though. )
Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): I LOVE Victorian houses! I also enjoy Modern homes.
Which EPs and SPs do you have? Sadly, I only have the Base Game and Late Night
If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)?
Lot size: Doesn't matter. Not too small though. Over 40x40 I love big houses
Number of bedrooms: Over 3 or 4
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? I'd prefer if there were a master bedroom with a bathroom.
Number of bathrooms: 4
Favorite color schemes:

Do you want it furnished? Yes please.

You're on the Open Requests! If you will keep checking back on our thread (especially after a couple of weeks when your request is close to the time of being claimed) then you will eventually see when it gets claimed and who has claimed it.

It is important to keep in contact with the team so that the person who is going to build your house can ask you questions when he or she needs to.

Hello! I made a huge edit to my request...so sorry. but i know what i want now, i don't want a fancy modern house anymore, i wanted a country/traditional/kind of modern house. I am wanting to have a horse ranch, and be able to breed them to see what cute offspring the game makes, and upload to exchange and blah blah!

Edit: Oh yeah, i made a little ranch, but it sucks. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/542945.page It is not my dream ranch... which is why i decided to change my request!

I have to agree that my teammates are AWESOME! I put myself down as preferred but listed it in such a way that it should be clear that you would be happy with other team members as well.

Hi, Rooroomay! I commented on your ranch thread and gave you a bit of building advice.

I listed your request as Contemporary Ranch in a Traditional/Country Style. Is this what you want? Most of the time "modern" and "traditional" are opposites, so when I read your description I thought you really meant "updated" (or contemporary) but not really "modern".

Most people think of the flat roofed "stack-of-boxes" structure when you say "modern" and something that is more of a normal house shape with a normal house roof when you say "traditional".

Once someone claims your request, just make sure that that person is CLEAR on what you want so that we can give you your dream ranch.
