Okay I had my sim take a vacation to france, she is in the criminal career and had to take some french guy a package. Well, after that she returned home and got married. When she returned to france a second time, my sims last name changed ,and she has a teenage son in france ,and is also apparently married to the man she delivered the package too. I never had thoes sims get married, OR have kids,

It's a common WA bug. I had a sim have four Egyptian kids from traveling to Egypt. But I made the best of it and moved the kids in with her.

It's not actually a bug. A bug is accidental. This is something that was intentially programmed into the game, supposedly to increase the destination population. Most of us dislike it and wish they hadn't put it in. It's very annoying.

Thats very annoying, now i have random people I dont really even know in the family tree XD

It's even worse when the Sim's last name changes because of it. Fortunately you can send your Sim to City Hall to change it back, but it's a pain.

Yea, her last name changed too, but I'm glad I know I can go to City hall to change it now! lol

I don't mind increasing the game, but my sim got a bad reputation (and she was "eternally faithful"). She returned to China and had a daughter (with this horrid guy that she never would have been attracted to in a million trillion years). She is in China with her husband...so I had to purchase the "clean slate" lifetime reward. It really ****** me off...(mostly about the reputation). So if she goes to France will this happen? What about Egypt? Does she keep having to purchase the "Clean Slate" or is there a cheat I can use? (I don't have mods)

Would turning off story progression before traveling help with the child/multiple romance thing? I really think that mods are the way to go now...I'm just getting soo frustrated.

I don't use mods, but I've heard that they do prevent the problem.
