Shiny new thread! I like it! With a new month comes a new D.N.A house! This month it's called Sunny July and is below 74.500 Simoleons!
The changes this month are subtle. Fixtures got an update. Furniture is a tad more expensive and offers better comfort. All the new plumbing has been upgraded and the deco changed ever so slightly.

So when you Sims sit down on that couch, they will notice their seat to be that tiny bit softer Enjoy!
