I created a family a while back and everything has been working fine up until this point. if im playing one family and click the button to change active household, one family i'm trying to play won't load. like i can select the house fine but when i go to click the play button everything disappears and all i can see is the neighborhood.all of the buttons on the bottom of the screen disappear and im stuck in the game with no where to go. please help!!! the family was working fine up until today.

Try going to edit town mode and removing the family from that lot and place them on a new one.

If you can then load the family, the problem may just be the lot. If you save the lot to the bin, delete the one in your game, and place a new copy of the lot...it might solve the problem.

Ok I tried that but the same thing happened. It must be the family

oh i somewhat fixed it! i was just messing around with it and split all of the household up individually. it was only one person creating the problem so i just made them live off seperately. thanks for the help though!!!
