Pyrotechnics props not working

My pyrotechnics are not working in my game. Do you have to do something special for them to work. I just updated my video drivers. but, still nothing coming out of them. My prop lights work great, just not the pyrotechnics. Please help.

Mine work, but they never stay on the settings that I want them to be on.

edit to add: Do you have any kind of no censor mod or no mosaic mods?

I do have the censor but I can't remember which file it is in. omg thanks for your help.

Thank you so much piddlesim. I found my no masiac mod and removed it and now they work. Love you for helping me, it was driving me crazy.
