Hi all! As some of you know I was invited to the nordic sn event and sadly my internet has died but the nice tourist center here let me log on now so I can share what I found. So I'm just posting all this I noticed which was all new info at the 13th july, but now much of it is known. Anyhow! I gotta' run back to work but hopefully the home internet will be working very soon so I can talk/answer something etc.
There were a few questions Megan said she'd check up on and get back about, but I've not heard anything yet. Anyhow, here you all get to read what I saw =D

Green collection journal in inventory show what you’ve collected and all the items you can collect in the world, not clear if it is the exact items present in the neighborhood at that moment, or if it’s the total amount of possible collectibles from all expansions/spawners.
New plants:

None of the plants have negative impact on any creature, like garlic has to vampires.
Indoors planting pot not clear if you can plant trees in it when inside though

With testingcheats you can click on all types of creatures and select “edit in CAS”, at least in this demo.

No new toddler stuff, very scarcely for children and elders but teens almost got a decent amount, though focus lies with young adult/adult as usual.
12 skintones with sliders to each, of which two are ”rainbow”, so not just a color and then darker/lighter, but various colors like a rainbow in the slider instead
Pointy and tilted ears possible to have on any kind of sim
New death type ghosts:
Transmuted – orangeyellow without a fancy effect (like dripping water for drowned or flames fro fire etc)
Haunting curse – green
Jelly bean death – purple turqoise and “pulsating” in jellybean shaped shapes sort of
All the types of deaths possible in your game can be chosen as ghosts in CAS

Magic makeover – 12 different ”sims inner beauty” (from magical mirror) and max charisma
Master of mysticism – max fortune teller (get the job in the gypsy caravan, can do readings outside of job time in caravan to increase job grade)
Turn the town – drink from 20 sims + turn 5 to vampire
Greener gardens – make 100 plants grow by using ”bloom” + max gardening

LTW rewards:
Philosophers stone = plumbob altar, where you can ”bind ghost” = add any ghost you like from town whom your sim has befriended to the active household + make gold (of course ^^ ), 40 000 points, all can redeem this
Flying vacuum – ”broom but an awesome looking vacuum cleaner!! Like in the Kenny Starfighter chase through the tunnels below the school escaping Dr Deo’s zombies! , costs 10 000, all can redeem it
Depending on lifestate there are some extras, for example:
Queen of the fae – summon fairies + change/edit color and shape of wings whenever one want, + more ”fairy stamina”
Brooms:
Every type of creature/sim can use them (it seems, definitely though fairies)
They ride like cars above roads but flying and you can make “stund rides” and buy two sorts of mini “arenas” where you can “learn stunts” or something like that
Teens and older can use the brooms+the flying vacuum ^^
Beekeeping:
No Claudia the Bear
Buy/build mode: (very possible I’ve missed a few things here)
Rocking horse
Phone booth = lightning leap atomic molecular arranger = ”teleporter” between the booths, which one can name to whatever suits oneself, and a fancy effect
5 new ”trees” + a green lush bush
TONS of gothic nice furniture, windows etc etc
Approximately 10 different wands, you can have several in a sim’s inventory at the same time and select ”preferred wand” to choose a default
Gem cutting machine according to Megan you’d always get some dust no matter which cut you choose to cut your gem into, and dust is often used in elixirs
Bonehilda! – cares for toddlers/the house/cleaning and I accidently aged her with testingcheats and then she got the skintone of Grim Reaper and snow white hair and eyes, but the next time I knocked at the ”coffin” she was her old self again. The coffin is framed by bones….. >=) and you had only 2 boring socials with her :/ Since they were so not special I didn’t write the exact ones down, but it probably was “chat” and “send away”
Two fairyhouses, castle+cottage, max 8 fairies can enter at the same time when having a fairy house party, but more sims can stand outside and ”dance” sort of. All ages of fairies can transform and fly into the fairy house, YES – toddlers as well.
Magic mirror where you can get ”magical makeover” which seems automated and gives some random outfit and a moodlet + you can stand chat with the mirror and of course also practice charisma skill.

In buydebug:
Rock troll = ”stone” with rockified goblin/troll = gigantic and nice decoration
Gnome of the Darned = SUPERCUTE transparent colored ghost gnome….! Has different color in every ”pose”, and is attainable the proper way via being ”haunted”, according to Megan and that is related to ghosts who should be able to haunt + something with something we can’t discuss until the 13th
Airconditioning pipes/stuff.
Demographics:
On/off-button for the game’s ”Story progression” = if the game should add the ”proper” amount of kids/werewolves/mummies/pets/whatever you have available via your expansions in a way EA finds ”normal”
then additional checkboxes for the creatures except zombies and the previous expansions’ creatures like mummies/genies etc and then for celebs, horses and then a last one for cats/dogs named “pets”, and those horses/cats/dogs are only the ones added to households, NOT the wild and stray ones….at least that was what Megan said.
Though we WILL get a way to remove celebrity stars from already existing sims !!!!!! But that wasn’t in the demo yet.
Lunar cycle options:
Rotating cycle adjustable by slider with 2 4 6 8 10 days options, where each moon phase will be that many days (was approximately 7 moon phases) and then an option to instead choose which moon phase desired and have that being constant.
Pets will be affected by the lunar cycle
Protecting
Ask protect, offer to protect, call that sim for help at any time, the protected ”feels safe”, so they won’t get afraid/scared of stuff they usually would, since they know their protector is there. Though there are no seriously dangerous things to be afraid of ingame... xD
Fairies
_all_ fairies has wings =) though not the baby babies, but toddler and older has wings =)
Toddlers and upwards can use fairy houses
Fairy children can make an ”I can fly” loop like the fairy in the trailer does when they zoom back to the room and all the creatures appears
Teens and upwards can activate various ”auras” and gets tons of social interactions
They’ve got a pink sparkly/glittery meter below their portrait in the panel with a thin magic want with a ”star” in the end sort of showing your ”fairy stamina”
6 different wings to color in CAS and editable if the fairy has redeemed ”Queen of the fae”- LTW reward for 40 000.
Didn’t have time to try but assuming it’s the fairies who can use ”bloom” on plants
Fairies can talk to plants
Werewolves
Reminds me of dogs when they scratch furniture, which they should be able to do from toddler age and upwards
Has a moon by their portrait
Gets transformed into the were form if any motive gets too low
Can transform and use ”hunt” from child and older
You can’t be aged up when in transformed state, not been able to check if they transform back and autoage if the time for the age runs
At full moon toddlers and upwards should be able to howl, but at some certain age they should be able to howl whenever they choose to, if I got it right
”rub belly”, is so awesome and the werewolf throws itself down on the floor/ground on its back and is hilarious
If several werewolves are on a lot they can “form a pack” like sims can “make a group” and then get special pack interactions like howling or hunting together
Can eat raw stuff
Zombies
Crawl up on the cemetary when it’s full moon and are moving around the neighborhood or possible the sims outside of the cemetary were premade permanent zombies of bitten zombies that night, since some came to the lot we were on and ate/killed some plants, so BEWARE and fence up/lock your gardens or move them inside if you plan on having full moons
They’ve got several shades of zombie skintone
They’re as slow as mummies so you can easily escape, and fixates on plants so we couldn’t even get one to attack our sim... lol
Ghosts
Seems to have extremely few extra/special interactions, or maybe we just missed it, but as listed somewhere above they should be able to ”haunt” at least some of the other lifestates. Didn’t find a haunting option with the jellybean ghost I clicked around with.

Vampires
They've got a moon by their portraits
they NEVER age, or at least it says that when you hover over their age meter, but Megan said they'd eventually age, but slowly, but the toddler I tried to get to age was refusing to do so when trying with testingcheats. You'er supposed to be able to age them with the birthday cake she said. Since I failed in aging that toddler I couldn't check much about vamps... xD and had so many other things to try to watch as it was and it was REAL HARD to get a household member attacked by a zombie at the graveyard. They just went for the wolfsbane bush there...
Their 3 hours in the sun before the moodlet arrives is still present
and that was the tiiiiny last bits of info I had, apart from general gameplay impressions
Though now I do wonder, will the vampire kids/teens age be noticed somehow, so the ceremonies etc in school that came with Generations will work properly for them? :S
