So I just got hidden springs game code and 2,000 sim points but when it asks me to sign in I enter my password and then it starts loading for 15 or so minutes. At the end of it it just acts like I never put in my password and I have to start again. This has been happening for days now and I want to know if it is a technical problem or if it is my account.

I had this issue, the only thing I could do is reset my password. Unfortunately, resetting it via this site did NOT update my password (even though it did not give me any indication there was a problem). I had to change my password via the origins site for it to update properly.

I did all that updated on origin and all and still nada I have alot of money in these games and alot of stuff I bought and I cant get to purchase history I let it load.....and it loads and loads
