We haven't heard a lot about it yet, so how do you think the outerwear section will work: similar to TS2 Seasons or divided into specific outerwear for each season? Although the second idea sounds better, it would take an awfully long time, yet at the same time I wouldn't be overly pleased with the same system as in TS2 Seasons.

I think it will only apply to cold days, when your sims need it, they'll automatically change to it, similar to any types of outfits we already have.

But then again, considering (as we've seen from the demos) sims don't have temperatures any more, how will that be defined? Or do you think it will just work depending on the weather outside?

Sims have temparutes. WE even have the tempature meter from Sims 2 in Sims 3...

I didn't think that was making a reappearance, as it was not present in any of the demos we've seen. The thermometer icon has been replaced by moodlets (maybe even those will affect our Sims' clothing choices?)

Some kind of thermometer has been mentioned, we can view either Fahrenheit or Celsius I reckon it might be similar to TS2 where they change into their outerwear as they go outside. Either way, I don't really mind

They have a thermometer that will read in Fahrenheit or celsius. It is better than the meter.

So will other premade sims automatically change into outerwear when it's too cold then, do you think?

I can't wait for this! ^o^ Haha but I think it will mostly apply to winter, fall, and spring. CLothing for summer I think might just be swimsuits/wet suits and similiar...

That's a good question! I would LOVE to have some of my sims get married in the winter snow! It would be gorgeous *_*
But I wouldn't want them getting married in puffy vests and other snow gear...
