Hey guys, I am just wondering how those of you who download the content from the Exchange do it without downloading the bad CC's that crash your game or ruin it.

I've just had to delete all my games, purchases and EP's and reload them all, for the second time due to bad CC Everytime there is a new patch it crashes my games...but this time I downloaded that stupid vampire but it was too late to fix it and I'm not that savvy lol...

So if anyone could possibly help me that would be GREAT. I want to get somethings from the exchange but don't want to take the chance again without doing it properly.

There is pretty much no guarantee anything you download from the exchange will be clean unfortunately. I could help you find other sites for clean cc and help you install it if you want.

Oh yes please! I would love it, as long as it's clean or a way to find out before I install it, that would be fantastic!

Most of the hairstyles and accessories are just plain boring for the young adult women and men, that's really mostly what I like to download.

Yes I agree, this exchange is just way too risky and I'm not computer savvy enough to learn how to use some of the programs people use to make sure the content is safe.

The trick is to only download sims with CC if they have a lot of rec's AND downloads. Got it?

The trick is to only download sims with CC if they have a lot of rec's AND downloads. Got it?

Downloading sims with high numbers of dl's and rec's is no safer than dl'ing those with low numbers. Ones with low numbers are likely even CC free as a lot of people go for the highly CC'ed ones.
DL from reputable creators and use Custard. Just because a lot of people dl'ed it, doesn't mean it's going to be safe - it could just mean a lot of people now have crappy, borked CC in their game now.

The bad CC in your game are= Shymoo top, daytime/nighttime boots, Tayllor swift top,And an apron i was never abel to find in my installed content. These are bad content that should be removed before you start your game after downloading any sims from the exchange. I hope this helps.
