I've been playing Sims 3, and put a lot of effort in making Hank reach the highest level in almost all skills. But for some reason, when I logged into the game recently, I can't seem to find Hank at all. The only Sim I'm allowed to play is Pauline. Hank's icon on the bottom left just above the control grid has vanished. Anyone know why?
