I keep getting lost on Sunlit Tides! Lol. I think it's because it's a circular 'band' with water in the middle. I'm hopeless with navigation and have had to do myself a rough little map:

I keep getting lost, too. I just keep going around and around in circles until I accidentally bump into what I'm looking for.

Hence why Sarah had problems navigating in live chat as she was lost too.

It does get a bit tedious when you don't remember where the lot is as they are all spaced out and the band of water in the middle.

Hopefully in the future, they will implement boats, making transportation easier (maybe faster) from one side of the bay to the other.

I kept losing the lot i was actually building on, every time i went to edit town! lol. Especially when i went all over the island looking for a sim with the appropriate funds to buy the lot so i could play-test. I think it being easy to get lost makes it more realistic though. I have terrible sense of direction in real life, so its only right that it should translate to my game too lol.

Thank you for posting the map! I actually came on here to see if anyone had done so because I too was getting lost. Now I just need to find some advice on placing some of the venues.

TY Soo much for this. I am still exploring with a pocket full of fish and no store in site. Now I know where it is.

My map might differ slightly from yours as I've added the fire station, a casino, the consignment store (marked as 'store'), changed the retreat to a salon, added the junkyard and changed some hangouts to clubs/bars. Oh yeah, and the sports rabbithole I combined with a gym. Quite a lot different actually! I'll go back into photoshop and see if I can edit it back to the original layout for y'all.

Last edit: Have amended my first post to show the island in its original state for those who would like it to help them find their way!

If you still can't find them, look on the map for the criminal place (lower left), below is a park and then below that you will find their house.

I would've marked all the families on the map, but I thought it would be rather crowded
