Sorry for not getting it in this morning- Had a storm overnight and this morning with a few powercuts, which cut off my internet and I had to wait until my dad came home... Which was literally 10 minutes ago. :L

Finale Assignment:



~*Florence's P.O.V*~

It's a lovely mid-Summer's day. So far, me and Lainie had done absolutely everything our minds imagination could think of to do, involving fun.
Although, I do have a job at TopShop at our local mall, and Lainie usually came to visit me after my short morning shifts every Saturday. Whilst I was waiting outside the shop, the idea hit me... I stared at the grey male figure standing on the incomplete display, which I was supposed to finish. Soon Lainie arrived and I told her all about my idea.
Her recent surgery on also came to our advantage; (Because of our fall almost a year ago, she needed a surgery to repair part of her skull) and she was bald. We ran through the mall to the costume's store, and bought some grey face paint, a lot of it. We went into TopShop and told one of my co-workers of my idea. She didn't love it at first... But then adjusted with it. We bought some clothes and slipped them on in the toilets; and set ourselves up.

Lainie took the first strike, a little girl came up to observe the display.
Suddenly;
"RAWR!" Lainie exclaimed, placing her hands against the glass with a slam.
The little innocent girl jumped back, letting out a squeal before running off to her mother.
I have to admit, that day was fun until the mall cops took us out~

Assignment: Finale

"Enter the Lopper"

Cold, hunger, apathy-the all too common companions of Bad Creek Falls' homeless population. Soup kitchens and shelters help reduce their sting, guaranteeing a hot meal to warm the belly and cot to cradle it. And now a new companion stalks these 'least of God's people', removing the only thing of value they can yet lay claim to: their heads. Tagged 'The Lopper' by the local paper, he's become a 'bogeyman' of sorts among those in the homeless community, a menace the local law enforcement has yet to contain.

When Darley's and Lainie's friend Hobo Bob 'headlines' as the latest victim, they decide enough is enough. Lainie uses her skills to act as bait by dressing up as one of the homeless, while Darley stalks as back-up, waiting for the chance to exact justice for poor Bob.

It isn't long before they face their foe in one of the many abandoned industrial sites inhabited by the homeless. Lainie plays the perfect victim, keeping the fiend's attention squarely on her. Darley pops out from behind a refuse container and puts her heel to the back of the monster's skull with a surprise flying kick. Only then do they learn the horrible truth: the policeman sent to investigate the killings was, in fact, the barely human-looking fiend that is 'The Lopper'!
