I just want to say thank you to Maxis for doing this. It's great that we can find out some more information about the games we love!

Can someone sum up all of the details found in the broadcast about Seasons? I missed it it =(

Faux skylights have been a huge trend in building lately, have the developers considered this?

can vampire protect themselves with umbrellA??

With aliens - will there be an option in the menu to turn them off, like there is for many of the other occult types?

Will there be new toddler clothes and objects for them?

I'd like to know a bit more about wildflowers, please.

And, if I create a world using CAW now, will my sims be able to swim in the ocean? Do I just have to remove some of the non-routable paint?

The in-game winter holiday is called Snowflake Day. It's not technically Christmas, but you can use the free Christmas decorations from the store and the gift-giving party that will come with Seasons to create a Christmas-like atmosphere.

Can Sims actually use a boat to go to those areas that they can go by swimming?

My question about seasons... Will the weather follow appropriate patterns according to the worlds? For example, will Sunlit Tides have snow in winter, or will it stay summer like as would be appropriate for a tropic island? Also, will there be sliders or some other way to control the severity of the seasons? I love Lucky Palms, but it would much less believable and probably would like it less if the weather patterns didn't make sense for the desert (torrential rains day after day would NOT make sense).

Oh! Also, I love how my sims can protect themselves from the cold by joining the 'Polar Bear Club', great idea! Will it be permanent? And how can I protect my sims from lightning?

The Depth Of Field effect on the demo is awesome, wouldn't that give a tilt shift effect and make the city look miniature?
