Team D.N.A. we are doing a great job of whittling down our request list!

We had 51 unclaimed requests just about a week and a half ago, and today we have 43 unclaimed. Still a LOT, to be sure, but we are chugging at a good pace.

Maybe before too long our wait time to get a request claimed will come down to a more manageable level! I will be so happy when we can strip off that warning about a four-week wait.

Don't get me wrong, it was necessary to warn our customers so that they didn't get upset with us when they were waiting for someone to claim their request a month after they made it. I hate the NEED for the warning, not the warning!

Still, I would far rather be too busy than not busy enough.

Nah... Just sweep them into the fireplace. I have some old Game guides that you can use to help start the fire.

Preferred builder* (if none, leave blank):

Type of build (Modern, Traditional, Victorian, Gothic, etc. or leave blank): anything but modern, though lean more traditional with Victorian flair

Which EPs and SPs do you have? all but town life & master suite

If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)? Katie Perry

Lot size: 50x50 or larger

Number of bedrooms: 3
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? 1 master, 2 children gender neutral

Number of bathrooms: 2-3

Favorite color schemes: Green, purple (light), black, white, SW colors
Colors you dislike: pink, baby blue
Do you want it furnished? yes please
Do you want it decorated? preferred, but negotiable

Can store content be used? yes, but let me know what it is as I have much of the non-modern items

Can 3rd party CC be used? no, please

Can CAP patterns be used? that is ok.

Link to specific house or plan (if none, leave blank):
Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? Barn & below:

4+ stalls - would prefer 6, but will take at least 4
Jumping ring
Race training track
horse play area(s)
servant quarters
small pool
small garden plot
play area for kids
outdoor rec areas - my sim loves the outdoors, so spend most of it outside the house.
Eat-IN kitchen
Living room
Study/library - good place to do homework & work on the computer.
Would like a small bathroom in the barn area, and a few in the house (of course )
Style can be anything except modern. I lean more towards traditional, rustic, with some contemporary thrown in.

Additional instructions? See if can keep cozy. I would like to be able to get from the house to the barn in under a sim hour.

Thank you ever so much, and please contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you so much and your timing was perfect, my family is about to have another baby and I was wondering where in their 2 bedroom house I was going to put him, somehow I don't think the sim social workers would approve of me sticking a crib in the closet lol. Its everything I hoped for and I am beyond pleased, thank you again itguyinsc you have made me beyond happy
