I like Marina the best. And Im soon to get fluff on my game; The patch can fix it, but Im a little afraid that it'll screw something else up.... Like theres this HUGE angry thread about a PATCH that CAUSED the problem ( horses galloping all choppy and uck after lvl. 10 done by the patch. )

Yea the horses running poorly and choppy after reaching LEVEL 10 skill is a bug introduced by patch 1.29. We have written GuruGraham about the problem on Twitter, but the odds of him seeing my "ONE" tweet is slim so several of you should send him a tweet. That's how we got them to release patch 1.29. He finally said that he saw our tweets going through. So def tweet him.

The only Issue I've had after installing the latest patch is the horses gallop(or any 'run' they do) being choppy. While it is hard on the eyes, it doesn't effect gameplay for me.

Updating with the patch obviously did not fix my no-fluff issue. However, I have an intel graphic card-intel cards seem to be having the most issue with sims 3 pets/fluff.

The choppiness may not effect gameplay, but I like watching my horses run... What is Graham's twitter account? I'm gonna tweet like mad right now!

Yeah =) I like to watch them run too, so it is bothersome/hard on the eyes. Hopefully when the master suite comes out they will release another patch to fix it, if not it might not be until showtime is released >.<

SimmyChick, it is @SimGuruGrant or @SimGuruJenn or @SimGuruGraham

Pirate, it does affect gameplay ...running/galloping is part of the gameplay A BIG PART especially when trying to practice for competitions. It is very hard to watch and for those of us doing stories when we take pics of our horses galloping the pics can show up terrible at times, so at least for a lot of us that are mostly interested in the horses it affects it a lot. Regardless, when people are paying full price for a game and it takes MONTHS to fix an issue that would take a programmer maybe an hour at the MOST to fix it gets frustrating .

No one is saying that bugs shouldn't be expected, but its up to the developer to fix said bugs in a reasonable time. That's all we as the consumer ask for. I was talking to my brother (he is the lead developer for "Bioshock Infinite" about how they have dropped the ball when it comes to The Sims3 (as far as fixing bugs in a timely manner) and he said that if they just left bugs sitting there for months at a time with a game like Bioshock or other big Blockbuster games like Skyrim for instance that they wouldn't have a fan base anymore. The issue isn't that there shouldn't be bugs its that they are taking WAY too long to fix them. Bugs are normal, waiting this long to fix them is not.

@Schantal- Whoa there. I was saying it doesn't effect gameplay for me because I do not play with horses that much. Of course it will effect gameplay for others, but I was saying that it doesn't effect gameplay for me. This thread isn't about the horses galloping-I know it's frustrating and it's fine it people want to talk about whatever they want. But I don't really want this to become a rant thread about horses gallop being messed up, because it could go on for pages.

Why did you say "Woah there?" I'm not mad just stating my opinion like you were?

because it seemed like you were really offended that I said it didn't effect gameplay.

Nope, not offended just stating my opinion. Text does communicate emotion at all, it's just text.

Schantal- Tweeted all three of them!! Well, I mentioned all three of them in one tweet to get all their attentions.

Also, what I do to prevent people from being offended by my text is I put a lot of emoticons to lighten the mood. Sure, I look a tad on the crazy side, but I don't care about that.

Pirate- I took some pictures of Aiko in-game, if you'd like to see?
