When i save and start the game again, my houses is black spots. Every house is black spots!!! Please, help me!!! I install my game again, but i have the same problem!!!

I downloaded the update....haven't gotten WA yet. This is what I have seen so far.

I also have the food spoiling very quickly.
I also have a sim that is unable to visit the grocery store. She had the "pick up puzzle pieces" objective...but I couldn't click on the grocery store with her. So I had to get rid of the objective.
I also have had sims that are mostly invisible....all you can see is their head and shoes.

WA is the new expansion pack world adventures for sims 3. There is an update to fix the save issue in the help section but they say they have no fix for the blue or black lot issue at present. Save your sims to the library in case they drop into a black hole lol. For those who dont have WA it's truly awesome but has many bugs as yet. For architects and designers the view from the vacation lots is breathtaking with cool content to match the culture. For sim players the adventures add alot to the game...I cant believe the world these guys have created!
Some previous advice given that helped me tremendously:
set graphics levels to low for game crash or game to desktop issues
sims store stuff all seems okay (I got mine installed finally)but not sim exchange stuff, hair and sims(due to cc wardrobes) caused problems in my game
to really clear out cc run game without it and clear DCcache folder
set sims 3 and WA to run as administrator before downloading from sims store

pray for the creators to fix the bugs soon cuz they really got a winning game

I forgot to add anyone with a fix for the swimming pool issue where pools look like black or lake water and sims disappear completely into them would be a heroic person. (pools appear quite normal when you click on the basement level).

Where i find this update WA? When i install the game,install the latest update for expansion and no result- again houses is black spots.

I downloaded the game but it does not pass the intial loading screen

Ok This is my story....

I went to China met a local, we hooked up, I went back home checked my relationships and was shocked to see I had a daughter in China went back to China broke up with the mom, took the kid back home and now the little brat keep skipping school. Although she's good about doing her homework soon as she get back from the playground behind the school with all the other kids in town. ***? Sunset Valley is going to be ran by a future generation of total degenerates.

This has only been happening since I took an overseas trip.

I get the "Move in with_____" wish when the sim is already moved in.

I'm delivering the treasure! Or not as the case may be...

I finally found that D.o.n.g guys treasure. Yay!

However...

I click Deliver Treasure, and nothing.

The action cue dissapears so I am unable to deliver the treasure. Even clicking on that Sim didn't bring up the option to Deliver Treasure.

I also noticed that the Sim that I was trying to deliver the treasure to had a totally different profile image. So the Sim's picture up top in the action cue was different to the Sim I was chatting to.

I had to start up a new game last time because of other treasure not showing up for an opportunity, and now this happens! LOL

I think some of these problems have been posted within this thread but posting similar experiences might hurry a patch up. Maybe.

Edit: Thank goodness! OK, if anyone is having problems delivering treasure or other items to a Sim for an opportunity, try returning home then going back. A message will popup saying something about your Sim not being able to complete the opportnity because the target is no longer there (this doesn't matter) just click on the adventure board at base camp and wait until you get that same opportunity then you will beable to deliver the treasure.

Or just cancel the opportunity and accept it again to deliver the treasure.

Good luck to those who are having this problem, I hope this works for you.

Encountered problems with TS3+WA

- Save error code 12, 13, 16
(12 and 13 can be fixed by constantly moving saves over to a backup folder, 16 i havent been able to pass yet. I only use the 'save as' option now, save each time i swop active family, before and after vacations and special events, each file with own name, have a saves_backupfolder i cut all save.files into keeping the original Saves folder totally clean)

- Relationships Panel is blank
(After a vacation the Relationships Panel goes blank, Its not dissapeared its just the icons which is 'inivisible', you can still access the sims you had relations with by phone or if you go back on vacation)

- Relationship Bar is all red
(comes same time as you panel goes 'invisible', you are no longer able to see the actualy relationship status as you engage in social activities with other sims, its just pure red, text gone)

- Vacation causes relationsships panel, bars and interactions bugged
(the 2 above all come due to a bug as one is on vacation)

- Vacation items dissapearing
(items you buy on vacation disapear as you get back home)

- Lots go blue or pixelated
(no idea what and why, happened to one lot of mine once, but seems many other report that problem as a frequent issue, i made my 'blue lot' the active one, placed a tree and some grass, and it was not 'blue' anymore, but normal and fixed)

- Insane loading time back and forth from vacation
(olala anoying cant be right it is to load that long...)

- Food going bad in fridge fast
(Read up that someone commented this and i totally agree, its gets spoiled awfully fast now)

- Suddent freezes/crash
(just a couple of times, in paricular as i had those save error code bugs, it ended up with a freeze/crash

- NPC's not comming to or leaving lots
(sometimes they seem stuck, once a repairman, would say he come but never appear until i deleted house/lot complety, a maid once didnt want to leave my house, had to relocate family to get her out.)

- Childeren growing up wrong
i have 4 childeren in one family, the two latest(twins) suddently was older then the 2 firstborn..!! they became childern in school while those firstborn still was toddlers

I've learned from past to save a lot and i gave up using CC's a long time ago, not even bothered with it vs TS3 as i want a clean as possible game.

- reinstalling even manually do not solve it
- NO CC ever, only EA storebought items
- no fix yet

Same problems here! You are the first that I have read with the traveling home issue and nothing being there that I bought or found...it's as if I never went on vacation...even the money is the same as when I left

whenever i go to build mode or buy mode and change quite a few things..then when im finished i go back to live mode or whatever to play the family...and it doesn't do anything. i just sit there and it says its loading but it never loads.

also, when i try uploading my sims from the launcher onto the exchange it says that theres an issue (i dont remember exactly what it says) and then it asks if i want to DEBUG it, so i like okay. or yes..or something and then it closes out of the launcher and never "debugs" of any sort. so i tried pressing no and cancel and it closes out of the launcher anyone..

help, please.

I FOUND THE MARTIAL ARTS EQUIPMENT I BOUGHT IN CHINA NOT IN MY PERSONAL INVENTORY BUT IN THE FAMILY INVENTORY BOX UNDER BUY OR BUILD MODE.

1) Sims unable to buy skill book like Cooking, gardening, etc, to increase the job skill in the community lots.

2) Sims unable to interact with other Sims

3) Sims does not have skill journal.

4) Sims freeze cannot move.

5) Community like Bistro and others cannot vist.

6) The Book store and market does not books for job skill
and etc only have the WA books and market cannot buy anythings.

7) Food spoils fast in the refridgerator.

Go to Edit town,change another family or merge family the games freeze.
