Someone said recently that most players don't use mods or custom content. I think that person is wrong. So, I'm starting this list to find out how many players actually *do* use mods and/or custom content in their games. Bear in mind, this isn't a debate about whether it's right or wrong. It's just that I'd like to know who does and who doesn't.

If you want to argue against using them, well knock yourself out. But actually all you have to say is "I don't use them" and you're covered. Oh and it's not necessary to tell which ones you use. Just a simple "Yes, I use them" is enough.

I'll start. I use both mods and custom content. They make my game enjoyable.

Thanks to Arletta for doing the counting, I was able to determine that out of 52 replies, 45 admit to using either mods, custom content, or both. Arletta has the breakdown on page 5, and I just added the 2 posters that posted after her tally.

I use both, mods more than custom content but I have plans to install more custom content soon!

I do not use either mods (though intend to at some point) or CC and do not intend to.

But Jarsie, you don't need to work yourself up over that person thread. In my opinion she is just looking for attention.

I have a few things that my sister gave me that she had on her game, but I don't know where to get it on my own.

How do you know the CC is safe? I mean my sister uses tons and tons of it, but I haven't the slightest clue.

More often than not, I use at the very least Overwatch, though I'm not presently. I did use Twallen's SP too, but all the pop up's it generates means it's confusing for my daughter.

I have used Peggysims hairs too, but to some extent they don't look right with the sim so I stopped.

yeah the person who said that is a troll. she knows most people use one or the other or both.

and ive used mods once but they upset me.. i think i did it wrong. but no more.

i use cc constantly. i love ittt. ts3 stuff is utter garbage..

You can actually turn off the popups by setting notifications to none.

I personally couldn't play without Twallan's Mods.

I don't use mods but only because my learning difficulties mean I need a very simple guide to downloading them and I've yet to find one simple enough. I'd use them if I knew how

I use loads of CC though, mainly CAS stuff like hair and clothes but a few build/buy items too.
